Damp and Timber Report
If damp, wood rot or an insect infestation is identified in a property, a more invasive inspection by a Damp and Timber Specialist may be required. The report will advise on any defects and provide advice on the work and costs involved for any necessary repair work. Structural Engineers Report
If weaknesses to the structure of a property are identified, a further inspection may be required by a Structural Engineer. Their report will advise on any defects and provide advice on necessary work and costs involved to make repairs. This is not a service we provide however we are able to recommend reputable and trusted companies. Please note, a Structural Engineers Report is not the same as a RICS Building Survey.
