What is included?

The Homescore Survey includes an inspection of the property and a report produced and delivered on the same day. The surveyor inspects the inside and outside of the main building, excluding all outbuildings and detached garages. The report contains 18 sections consisting a simple 1-10 scoring system and a summary that is easy to understand and jargon free. Homescore does not include a valuation as this will be carried out by your lender however should your require an independent valuation then our surveyor is able to provide this as a separate, extra service. Homescore also makes no specific comments on services such as gas and electric although general comments are included towards the end of the report. However, it does include observations on attached or integral garages and conservatories. Photographs are taken and retained as part of the record of the inspection however should you require we can provide photo’s for a small additional cost.
